Brun Bear Foundation partners with British Bake Off Winner!

The Great British Bake Off Winner, Food Writer and TV presenter David Atherton has partnered with The Brun Bear Foundation to deliver an exclusive wine paired gourmet vegetarian supper club.
David is well known to millions of people as the winner of the 2019 series of the popular television series The Great British Bake Off and has gone on to establish himself as a sought after TV presenter and well regarded food writer.
David has created an imaginative vegetarian gourmet menu for the exclusive vegetarian supper club which will take place in North London on Saturday 25 March at 7 pm.

Aperitif
Pickles, preserves, focaccia and cultured butter
Amuse bouche
Warm spiced soup with dukkah and roasted chickpeas

Chard cake, pickled flageolet beans and heritage grains, sriracha pearls, mixed leaves

Root vegetable flakey pie, carraway braised tundra cabbage, sprouting broccoli and salsa verde

Proceeds from the evening will support a mix of community, medical and animal welfare charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, David's nominated charity this year. The Brun Bear Foundation is a long-term supporter of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
